Q. What does it mean by different tour types like Standard, Premium and Luxury?
A. For accommodating different customers from different budget level, we have created tour types of three categories. Their details are as below –

  • Standard – Includes 3-star category accommodation and transportation which comes under the tour package. The price is also lower than other two categories.
  • Premium - Includes 4-star category accommodation and transportation which comes under the tour package. The price is also lower than other two categories.
  • Luxury - Includes 5-star category accommodation and transportation which comes under the tour package. The price is also lower than other two categories.

Q. Can I get discount on the mentioned price?
A. The mentioned price is for a certain number of people. But definitely, we can revise the prices and offer you a discount if you have a large group who will travel. Feel free to contact us if you are travelling in group and want to avail discount.

Q. How can I receive and apply a promo code?
A. We offer promo code to our potential customers on the eve of different events through email and SMS. While booking a package, you can enter the promo code. If the promo code is valid, you will get a discount on the mentioned price.

Q. Can I choose room types at my will or add extra beds?
A. During booking from website, you can choose what type of and how many rooms you want to take. But we cannot confirm it right away without discussing with the hotel authority. Similarly, if you want to have extra bed in your room, inform us through the contact numbers, we will confirm you accordingly.

Q. I have already booked a package. Can I update that booking?
A. From the website, you can request for updating that booking. Our agents will check it and will also verify whether it is possible to update. After that we will confirm you.

Q. Can I cancel a booking?
A. Yes you can certainly cancel a booking. You can request for cancellation through the website. Our agent will confirm it and you may have to pay certain charges for the cancellation.

Q. Can I build my own package as I like? If possible then how can I do that?
A. Yes you can build your own package from our website. You can select the destinations where we currently provide this feature. Then you can choose certain activities that you will perform during the tour. We will show you a tentative itinerary and costing according to your choice. If you agree to that, you can book the custom package.

Q. I do not want to pay using credit card or bKash. How can I pay in cash?
A. If you like, you can also pay in cash. During booking a package, select the cash payment icon. After successful booking, our agent will contact you and will discuss with you about the payment.

Q. How can I get the invoice of the payment that I made?
A. When our customers perform payment, or a booking without payment, we send the invoice to them through email.

Q. How can I check my booking status?
A. You can visit your profile and then usage history to see your booking status. In the usage history, you will be able to see your current and past bookings. You will also be able to see booking status of your current bookings.
